Andy stays optimistic for luck change as series approaches 3rd round

After another bad luck venture into round 2 of the 'B4 Group' Super 1 TKM Championship, Andy remains confident he can make a big impact in the next round, held at Lydd International Raceway on the 22nd May.

Some suspect driving by other competitors saw Andy narrowly miss out on the 'A' final at Fulbeck, but Andy was able to take away some good from the meeting. He was the 4th quickest driver of all, in either of the Finals, showing that he can cut it in the top flight of TKM racing.

Andy will be going into the Lydd meeting with an open mind; 'The first aim there is to be quick from the outset, I’ve never driven the track before but I think that shouldn't be a problem after a session in practice. Then of course the second aim is to stay on in all the heats and to get us a decent grid slot for the final. From there you never know what could happen.'

Andy currently lies 30th in the Super 1 table.
